Entry Transfer

If you become injured or otherwise cannot attend the event, you are free to sell or transfer your place to a person of your choosing up until 2 days before the event using the “My registration” link in your registration email. NOTE that the t-shirt size selected on the original entry cannot be changed.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to arrange your own transfer, you can contact Gaithouse Events and receive the following:

• More than 6 weeks before the event: a credit for the full value of your entry to use towards any future single event. If the event you choose to move to is more expensive, your credit will be discounted from the price and you can pay the difference.
• 6 weeks or less before the event: a credit for 25% of the value of your entry to use towards any future single event. If the event you choose to move to is more expensive, your credit will be discounted from the price and you can pay the difference.

Rescheduling

If Gaithouse Events need to reschedule the event for any reason, all competitors will be automatically transferred to the new date. If the new date does not suit then the above transfer policy applies.

Cancellation

If Gaithouse Events need to cancel the event for any reason, you will be automatically be given a credit for the full value of your entry to use towards any future single event. If the event you choose to move to is more expensive, your credit will be discounted from the price and you can pay the difference. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange a full refund.
